摘 要:水平井钻井过程中,水平长井段受钻井液浸泡时间长,对储层的伤害程度较大,严重的影响水平井投产后的产能。为了有效解除此类地层伤害,研究开发了水平井泡沫酸化技术,该技术采用泡沫酸,克服了常规酸化反应速度快、缓速性能低、残酸返排困难等缺点。文章介绍了该泡沫酸的缓速性能、泡沫稳定性、携砂性及表面张力等其它性能,考察了该技术的现场应用效果,证实该技术适用于水平长井段酸化施工作业,在吐哈水平井酸化作业中,取得较好的酸化效果。When drilling horizontal wells,the time of drilling fluid into the formation is longer to damage the formation permeability.Finally it induces the productivity of the horizontal wells decreasing.In order to solve this damage problem,the new foamed acid treatment technology has been developed.The new technology has overcome the limitation of general acid treatment.This article introduced the properties of the foamed acid,including viscosity,the delay corrosiveness,stabilization of the foam,sand-carrying ability and the surface tension.The application effects of this technology in horizontal wells were analyzed,which justified the foamed acid had good delay corrosiveness capacity,excellent flowback ability and sand-carrying ability,and the technology could be applied to horizontal wells of TUHA oilfield for low-damage acid treatment.
