摘  要:目的观察用不同浓度的新洁尔灭调拌藻酸盐印模材料的调合消毒法和传统的浸泡消毒法对印模复制精度的影响,以寻找临床上更有效的印模消毒方法。方法制作一个标准的上颌牙列金属模具(对照组),第1组实验:分别用0.05%、0.1%、0.2%、0.4%浓度的新洁尔灭调拌印模材料;第2组实验:用蒸馏水调拌制成的印模,放入2%戊二醛中分别浸泡15、25、35、45min和16 h。灌制模型后用测量显微镜测量相应标志点尺寸的变化,进行统计学分析。结果 (1)第1组中各浓度条件下的印模复制精度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)第2组中浸泡15、253、5 min的印模复制精度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),浸泡45 min1、6 h复制精度与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)第2组中随浸泡时间的延长,单个冠的近远中径颊舌径(L3,L4)逐渐减少,龈径(L5)逐渐增大。结论浸泡消毒会使印模发生形变,形变随部位不同结果不同。藻酸盐印模材料不适合长时间浸泡消毒。Objective Through the following two sets of experiments,to observe the effects of different disinfection methods on the dimensional accuracy of alginate impression materials:one is alginate impression material mixed by various concentrations of bromogeramine,and the an other is traditional immersion disinfection method;then to find a more clinically effective disinfection method for the impression materials.Methods A standard metal model of the maxillary dentition was made as the control group,the first set of experiments: impression materials were mixed by bromogeramine with concentrations of 0.05%,0.1%,0.2% and 0.4% respectively;the second set of experiments: impression materials were mixed by distilled water and then were immersed into 2% glutaraldehyde for 15 min,25 min,35 min,45 min and 16h respectively.Dimensional changes of the corresponding landmarks were measured with a measuring microscope after the models were made and were statistically analyzed.Results(1)In the first group,the dimensional accuracy of impression materials under the conditions of various concentrations had no significant difference comparing with the control group(P0.05).(2)In the second group,the dimensional accuracy of impression materials immersed for 15 min,25 min,35 min had no significant difference comparing with the control group(P0.05),while the dimensional accuracy of those immersed for 45 min and 16h had significant difference(P0.05).(3)The dental mesiodistal and buccolingual width(L3,L4)gradually decreased with long time of immersion for the second group,while the occlusogingival(L5) height gradually increased.Conclusion Deformation of impression will be caused by the sterilization,and it will change at different place.Alginates is not suitable for longer time of immersion and sterilization.
