某医院医务人员手卫生知识掌握情况和行为现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解该院医务人员手卫生知识掌握情况和行为现状。方法采用问卷调查和现场观察的方法,对该院14个病区252名医务人员进行手卫生知识和行为的调查。结果临床医务工作者对洗手的认识还只停留在认知阶段,并没有把有关对洗手的知识变成自己的信念,更没有贯彻到行动中。结论要促进医务人员手卫生行为,除了完善相关知识的培训,完善手卫生设施的配备等措施外,重要的是要加强职能部门的监管力度。Objective To learn about the behavior situation and grasping hands hygiene knowledge in the medical staffs′in our hospital.Methods To survey the higiene knowledge and behaviors of hands of 252 medical workers in 14 wards in our hospital,by the methods of questionnaire and observation.Results Clinical medical workers just remained in the cognitive phase in the field of the recognition of hand washing,not making the knowledge of hand washing being their own faith,not even carrying them out in the everyday working.Conclusion To promote medical staffs′ higiene behaviors,what should be done is to strenthen the supervision of functional departments,besides,to train them with the related knowledge and to make the facilities of hand washing perfect.
