摘 要:综述了生根剂在槭树科植物扦插繁殖中的应用现状,探索槭树科植物扦插繁殖中生根剂的选用和配比问题。得出:生根剂处理插穗根部具有补充外源激素与促进植物体内内源激素合成的双重功效,可促进不定根形成,缩短生根时间,提高生根率。在槭树科植物生根剂选择上,用生长素类激素作用明显,并且选择两种或两种以上混合生根剂更有利于生根剂作用的发挥。Advances in the researches of rooting agent in cutting propagation of Aceraceae plants were reviewed. The selection and proportion of rooting agents were discussed. It was concluded that the application of rooting agents on the cuttings can either supplement exogenous hormones or promote the synthesis of endogenous hormones, as well as accelerate the occurrence of adventitious roots, and decrease rooting duration and increase tooting rate. As for the selection of rooting agents, auxins are suitable for Aceraceae plants, and the combination of two or more agents is favorable to rooting.
