摘 要:研究了杜仲叶水提液对大豆、绿豆和辣椒3种作物种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感作用。结果表明,杜仲叶水提液中含有植物生长抑制物质,其对3种作物的种子萌发及幼苗生长表现为不同的抑制作用,并且在其作用范围内具有浓度依赖性,即当浓度越高时,化感作用越强;研究还发现杜仲叶水提液对植物的不同器官作用存在差异,对地上部分的抑制作用强于对地下部分。Allelopathy effects of different concentrations of Eucommia ulmoides leaf extracts on the germination and seedling growth of three crops were investigated, i. e. , soybean (Glycine Max), mung bean (Vigna radiata) and hot pepper (Capsicum annuum). The results indicated that there existed inhibitive substances against the growth in the aqueous extracts of E. ulmoides leaves. It had different effects on the seed germination and seedling growth of the three crops. Concentration dependency effects were found with in the tested ranges, the extract concentration, the higher the allelopathy effects. Differences of allelopathy existed in different organs of plant, and the plant height was more easily affected compared to the root length.
