河北省城市森林综合评价体系研究与建立——以保定市为例

摘　　要：借鉴国内关于城市森林评价的成果与实践,在综合现有城市森林结构与效益研究的基础上,从城市森林的总量、质量、结构、功能、景观文化、社会管理及社会认知七个方面出发,建立了一套新的城市森林综合评价指标体系。采用专家评分法和层次分析法(AHP)对体系指标赋予权重值,并用所建立的评价体系对保定市城市森林现状做出客观的评价。结果表明:保定市城市森林综合评价指数为0.808 9,城市森林发展状况总体处于初级发展阶段。在7项二级指标中,结构指标的评价指数最低,仅为0.626 5,与保定市城市森林现状相符,可为城市森林建设和发展提供科学的参考依据。Basing on the investigation of the structure and benefits of urbon forests, a comprehensive evaluation index system was established from the aspects of the urban forest total amount, quality, structure, function, landscape culture, social management and social cognition. A objective assessment on the forests in Baoding of Hebei Province, China was conducted by applying the system. The result indicated the forest quality synthetic evaluation index was 0. 808 9. The urban forest development condition overall was at the primary development phase. In seven second-level targets, structure indicator＇s evaluation number was the lowest, only 0. 626 5. The results of the assessmen was in accordance with the real situation of the city, and provide references for the urban forest construction and the development.
