摘  要:概述了纺粘技术的发展历史和工艺流程,介绍了纺粘水刺复合非织造布的优越性能、工艺流程及产品用途。复合技术是开发非织造布新产品的有效方法,其中纺粘成网与水刺固结就是一种强强联合,利用纺粘和水刺工艺两者的优点,可以生产出性能优越、高附加值的高档非织造布。纺粘水刺非织造布的优越性能及广泛用途决定了其将具有非常广阔的市场前景,其中纺粘水刺超细纤维非织造布是目前非织造布工业发展的最新亮点。The development history and process of spunbonding technology were introduced briefly. The superior performances, technological process and applications of spunbond-spunlaced composite nonwovens was emphasized particularly. Composite technology is a effective method to develop new nonwoven product. Advantages of spunbond and spunlaced technique with strong union, could be utilized to produce high~ grade nonwoven products which have excellent performances and high additional value, its superior performances and broad applications determined that it would have a very wide market prospect. The super-fine fiber spunbond-spunlaced nonwovens is the newest highlight in the nonwoven industry at present.
