国际体育都市视角下上海市竞技体育后备人才培养研究

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、比较分析法,以构建国际体育知名城市为研究视角,分析上海市竞技体育后备人才培养的对策与建议。对上海市竞技体育后备人才的培养现状及存在问题进行综合分析。提出上海市竞技体育后备人才培养应以"科学发展观"为指导思想,以"国际性"、"有特色"、"多元化"为战略目标,以"集团化、集群化与集约化"为战略选择。The literature review, expert intervi on the cultivation of reserve talent in Shanghai tus and existing problems of Shanghai＇ s recen tions ： taking ew and comparative analysis etc. were used to inquire into the suggestion , under perspective of international famous sports city. It analyzes the sta- t cultivation system of reserve talent. It puts forward the following sugges- ＂scientific development view＂ as guiding principle; taking internationalization, specific and diversification as strategic target; taking collectivization, clustering and intensive as strategic choice. Furthermore, it puts forward the detailed suggestions and countermeasures in order to supply reference for other provinces or cities in China.
