摘　　要：以鞍山市城市居民为研究对象,运用问卷调查、个案访谈、数理统计等方法,对城市居民的体育活动现状及影响因素进行调查和分析,得出鞍山市城市部分居民的健身意识较差,缺少场馆和体育指导员的结论.提出加强社区体育指导员培养和体育场馆建设、加大宣传力度、提高城市居民的健身意识、广泛开展群众体育运动竞赛的有效解决方法.Taking the urban residents in Anshan as subjects, this paper employs the method of questionnaire,interview and data-analysis to make a survey on the current situation of urban residents＇ sports participation in Anshan and then makes a data-analysis, therefore, draws a conclusion as that urban residents in Anshan are lack of sense of body-building;they are in need of stadiums and body-building directors. The effective way to solve the problem is to enlarge the amount of body-building directors, to build much more stadiums, to improve it＇ s popularity,to increase the residents＇ awareness and to hold sports competition for the residents.
