摘  要:全光逻辑门是光信号处理中的关键功能,半导体光放大器(SOA)因为具备体积小、工作波长范围宽、响应时间短及良好的非线性特性等优点,十分适合用来实现全光逻辑功能.利用SOA中的非线性效应(包括四波混频、交叉增益调制)实现了多种的全光逻辑门,如"与"、"或非"等.但是仿真结果表明,全光逻辑与门存在比较严重的码型效应,特别是输入信号中出现连"0"或连"1"的时候.码型效应是制约其性能的一个重要因素,所以通过让SOA始终工作在饱和状态,提出了一种抑制基于SOA-FWM的逻辑与门码型效应的方法.The optical logic gate is an important part of optical signal processing, and semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOAs) have many advantages such as small size, wide bandwidth and low response time, which make them a strong candidate to realize all-optical logic gates. Many kinds of All-optical logic gate, such as AND and NOR gate, have be realized using non-linear effect (including four-wave mixing and cross-gain modulation) of SOA. But simulation results show that serious pattern effect exists in All-optical logic AND gate, especially when there is continuous "0" and "1" in the input signal. Pattern effect is an important factor of weakening the performance of All-optical logic gate, so the paper proposes a method of depressing the pattern effect in logic AND based on FWM of SOA by making SOA work in saturation state all the time.
