摘　　要：硝唑尼特是一种新型广谱抗寄生虫药,是自苯丙咪唑类药问世30年来值得注意的新发展。它的广谱活性对许多种类的原虫,特别是肠道孢子形成类原虫,以及许多常见的蠕虫,包括绦虫、线虫和吸虫均有特效,开发硝唑尼特具有极好的前景。Nitazoxanide（NTZ） is a novel broad-spectrum intestinal antiparasitic drug.It is a noteworthy development since the introduction of benzimidazole in more than 30 years.The spectrum of activity of NTZ is effective against a wide range of intestinal protozoa,especially intestinal spore forming protozoa,and a lot of common helminths,including cestodes,trematodes,nemotodes.The development of nitazoxanide is a excellent prospect.
