丘北辣椒花期、花粉活性和柱头可授性的研究

摘　　要：用套袋隔离法将花朵隔离,并标记观察花期,用联苯胺-萘酚-碳酸钠加过氧化氢染色测定法、联苯胺-过氧化氢法,分别测定了丘北辣椒不同花期单朵花不同阶段的花粉活性和花朵柱头可授性。结果表明:丘北辣椒的整体花期约3个月,单朵花期3 d;花朵开始散粉后,花粉活力逐步增强,开花后12 h左右达到最高值后又逐步下降;花柱活性表现为先增长后下降的变化,在散粉后12 h均达到最强,以后逐渐减弱至无活性。花粉活力和花柱可授性的变化变化表现出同步性。In this study,the pollen viability was tested by using TTC（2,3,5-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride） and NBSY（naphthol： benzidine ： sodium） carbonate-H2O2 methods,the stigmatic receptivity was estimated by benzidine-H2O2 method and the relation between stigma color and its receptivity was observed.The flowers were artificially isolated by bag in the whole observation process.The whole stigma receptive stage of Qiubei chilli anthesis was about 3 months,and single blossom phase was about 6 days.The flowers had receptivity in the whole anthesis,but they had different receptivities in the 3 days.The flowers had the best receptivity in 12 hours after the flowers blossomed.
