摘　　要：目的:运用先进的信息技术解决医疗信息化过程中的区域医疗数据交换问题,搭建适应于广域网络、异构软硬件环境的区域医疗数据交换平台。方法:通过ICE开放源代码中间件,按照数据注册-发布模型,设置区域数据交换中心,实现市级医疗单位间各系统的数据交换共享。结果:实现了市级医疗单位部分系统的数据交换共享,为区域医疗信息系统深入应用的具体实践进行了尝试。结论:区域医疗数据交换平台的结构设计被证明是可行、可靠和有效的,为构建全民健康电子信息档案打下坚实基础。Objective To use advanced information technology solutions and medical information in the region during the process of regional health data exchange issues, structures adapted to wide area networks, heterogeneous hardware and software environment of regional health data exchange platform. Methods By using ICE open-source middleware, according to data registered - released model, regional data exchange center was set up. Results Data exchange was realized in some systems in municipal health care units which is a try for further application of regional medical information system. Conclusion The regional health data exchange platform for the structural design has been proved to be feasible, reliable and effective, which provide a solid base for national health electronic information files.
