摘　　要：目的:保障医院运营的效率,降低医疗成本,提升医疗质量管理水平。方法:采用面向服务架构及数据挖掘技术,设计并实现了医院质量控制与综合管理系统。结果:该系统能够实时监控医院的运营状况,有效缩短医疗质量控制周期,促进医疗质量的持续改进。结论:该系统功能完整,实用性强,提高了医疗质量及综合管理的信息化水平,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。Objective To ensure the efficiency of hospital operating, reduce the medical care cost and improve the medical quality management. Methods This system design and implement hospital quality control and integrated management system based on SOA and data mining technology, Results This system can monitor the real-time condition of hospital operating, reduce the cycle of medical quality control, and realize the continuous improvement of medical quality.
