摘　　要：目的:研制一种应用于特殊环境下的气道护理包,以解决野外作训条件吸痰操作无菌技术问题,预防肺部感染的发生。方法:应用不锈钢材料设计集吸痰、气道湿化、气切换药、口咽通气、浸泡消毒功能于一体的多功能气道护理包。结果:改变了以往气道护理用品使用过程中存在的易污染、吸痰器械消毒难度大、物品放置零乱、操作不方便的问题。结论:保证了野外作训条件下吸痰操作的无菌。Objective To develop an airway nursing kit under special conditions for aseptic sputum suction. Methods The airway nursing kit, made of stainless material, had the functions of sputum suction, airway humidification, tracheostomy dressing change, oropharyngeal ventilation and immersion disinfection.Rrsults The disadvantages were eliminated during airway nursing, such as the vulnerability of the nursing tools to the contamination, the difficulty in sterilization of the sputum suction instruments and non-convenient operation due to mussy articles.
