摘　　要：目的:探讨库存控制方法在医学科研耗材库存管理中的应用。方法:针对医学科研耗材供应的实际情况,将现代管理技术与传统管理方法相结合,采取多种库存控制措施并实施动态管理。结果:库存总量得到了有效控制,库存周转率不断提高。结论:从实际出发的库存控制策略是医学科研耗材库存管理的有效方法。Objective To study the application of the inventory control method in medical consumables inventory management. Methods Modern management technology, combined with the traditional ones, was applied to inventory control to realize dynamic management. Results The inventory quantity was effectively controlled, and the turnover rate was increased.
