摘　　要：在对采购供应链管理和成本控制的概念和特点进行简要介绍和讨论的基础之上,探讨了将采购供应管理中成本控制应用于医疗机构药品采购的几个方面,包括建立完善的药品采购制度,药品招标采购实行公开、公平、公正的原则和科学选择药品供应商并采用动态管理等。Based on a brief introduction and discussion on the concepts and characteristics of supply chain management and cost control, the application of the cost control in supply chain management to drug procurement in the medical facility are approached, including establishing a perfect system of drug procurement, implementing the principles of being open, fair and just in drug bidding, scientifically selecting drug suppliers and managing the drug procurement dynamically and so on.
