摘 要:针对综放工作面正常开采期内经常发生瓦斯超限的问题,提出了"均衡开采"的概念。根据综放工作面的瓦斯涌出特征,采用分源法建立了综放工作面瓦斯涌出量的预测模型,并给出了回风巷及尾巷的瓦斯浓度方程和工作面产量方程;根据均衡开采的概念内涵,提出了综放工作面均衡开采的目标函数及其约束条件,从而建立了综放工作面均衡开采的理论模型。结合阳泉矿区某矿9804综放工作面的开采技术条件,开展了该工作面均衡开采的理论分析与实测研究,并对其应用效果进行了监测。结果表明:9804综放工作面采煤机的均衡割煤速度的理论计算结果和实测结果分别为1.9和1.7m/min,两者基本一致;在9804综放工作面的后续开采中应用均衡开采技术后,回风巷和尾巷均未出现瓦斯超限而断电停产,且工作面日产量比原生产能力增加了18%。Aimed at the problems of overrun methane gas at FMTCF (the fully mechanized top-coal caving face) during a normal exploitation of working face,the concept of "equilibrium mining" was proposed. Under the gas emission features of FMTCF,a gas emission prediction model of FMTCF was established by using the sub-source amount method,and the equations of gas concentration and the working face yield were given;then,according to the notions of "equilibrium mining" ,the objective function and its constraints of the equilibrium mining of FMTCF were put forward,thus the theoretical model on equilibrium mining of FMTCF was created. Combined with the mining and technical conditions of FMTCF 9804 of a coal mine at Yangquan mine area,the theoretical analysis and practical test study on equilibrium mining of this working face were carried out,and the effect of its application were monitored. The research results show that the theoretical and test results on cutting speed of coal-winning machine about equilibrium mining of the working face 9804 is 1. 9 and 1. 7 m/min respectively,and both show a satisfactory relevance. After applying the technique of equilibrium mining to the following mining of working face 9804,not only the overrun methane gas is happened in the neither return airway or tail roadway,but also the daily yield of working face is increased by 18%.
