摘  要:提出了一种新型的支持约束条件的三次B样条复合曲面建模方法,利用钻孔数据和矿井地质数据共同提高煤层底板高程曲面的拟合质量。假设地质曲面由若干个规则排列的数学曲面按照不同权重叠加而成,该方法采用三次B样条曲面函数作为核函数,建立了地质曲面的三次B样条复合曲面方程,钻孔数据和矿井地质数据(地层产状及测量高程点)均作为该方程的约束条件。通过求解该复合曲面方程中核函数的最优权重系数,获得了煤层底板的最佳拟合曲面,即在保持曲面光滑性的同时又与矿井地质实测数据相一致。将上述方法开发成计算机程序并应用于淮北矿业集团祁南煤矿81采区6煤组的煤层底板高程估算,实验取得了良好的拟合效果。Presented a new method to reconstruct the coal seam floor surface using the borehole data with dip-strike and elevation constraints. Supposed geologic surface can be approximated to any desired degree of exactness by summation of mathematically defined component surfaces,the geologic surface was modeled with regularly displaced Cubic B-Spline forms and constrained by elevation and dip-strikes. The objective function indicates that the quality of surface approximation is composed by concerning both the roughness of the estimated surface and the deviations of the surface from the constraints of borehole and dip-strike datasets. By minimizing the objective,the weight coefficients of the component surfaces in the optimal approximation of the coal seam floor surface were calculated. The proposed method was implemented using Python and Fortran95 program,and its demonstration on the No. 61 coal seam in the 81th mining area of Qi'nan Mine,Huaibei Coal Group,showed an improved approximation of coal seam floor surfaces.
