摘  要:采用溶剂法提取沙棘籽油,以沙棘籽油的提取率为目标,在单因素试验的基础上,以石油醚(60℃~90℃)为提取溶剂,选取料液比、原料粒度、提取时间为影响因素,用正交试验优化沙棘籽油的提取工艺。结果表明沙棘籽油的最佳提取工艺为:提取溶剂为石油醚(60℃~90℃),原料粒度60目~80目,料液比1:10(g/mL),温度为85℃,提取时间为8h,此时沙棘籽油的得率为12.56%。To study the optimization extraction process of Sea Buckthorn oil,solvent method was used,the extraction ration of Sea Buckthorn oil as index.Using petroleum ether(boiling point 60 ℃-90 ℃)as extracting solvent the effects of material-liquid ratio,granularity of seeds,extraction time on the extraction ratio of Sea Buckthorn oil were selected for orthogonal design to optimize extraction process on the base of single factor test.It was predicted that the optimum extraction conditions within the experimental ranges would be:when petroleum ether was taken as extracting solvent,extracting with the sample particle was 60-80 mesh,material-liquid ratio of 1:10 at 85℃ for 8 h.Under these conditions,the extraction ratio of Sea Buckthorn oil was 12.56 %.
