摘 要:用乙烯基硅油红外谱图中的乙烯基吸收峰与甲基吸收峰的面积比对碘量法测试的乙烯基摩尔分数绘制出工作曲线,建立了采用红外光谱测试乙烯基硅油中乙烯基含量的方法。分析了此法的可行性,考察了此法的重复性,并与传统碘量法作了对比。结果发现,此法的相对标准偏差为2%~4%,9次测试的平均值与碘量法接近。此法是一种绿色、快捷的乙烯基测试方法,适合于乙烯基摩尔分数在0.2%~10%的乙烯基硅油的常规定量检测。A curve graph was plotted by relating the mol concentration determined by iodometric titration to the area ratio of two peaks associated with the vinyl group and methyl group in silicone oil's infrared spec- trum. A method for quantitative analysis of the vinyl group in silicone oil by IR was thus established. The fea- sibility of this method was analyzed and the repeatability was studied, comparing with classical iodometric ti- tration method. The results indicted that relative standard deviation of the method was from 2% to 4%, the average of 9 test results were close to the average of the iodometric titration method. This method was proved to be a green and efficient treatment, which was suitable for determination of vinyl silicone oil with vinyl concen- tration in the range of 0.2 - 10% mol fraction.
