江苏太湖周边地区农民体育健身工程的科学发展

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查及实地考察等研究方法,对江苏太湖周边地区农民体育健身工程实施现状及存在问题进行研究,结果表明:现阶段太湖周边地区农民体育健身工程硬件设施建设良好,但农民主动参与体育锻炼的意识仍然不强,农民体育健身活动开展较少,经费投入依旧匮乏,体育组织建设及骨干队伍培养工作开展不力。据此提出发展对策,以促进农民体育健身工程科学发展。With adoption of literature study,questionnaite and interview,it analyzed the status quo and problem of Su Zhou,Wu Xi,Chang Zhou in Taihu area.The results revealed that the public sports facilities in this area were good.However,the farmers were not active in participating in the physical exercises.There were insufficient body-building activities and funding in sports was far from enough.The development of the sports organizations and the training of sports instructors was not satisfactory.Therefore,it was urgent to establish the service-oriented government and to establish and perfect the relative laws and regulations.The policies should be centred around the people＇s health development.The sports culture was the core and more introductions of scientific bodybuilding should be made to the farmers.The fund raising resources should be diversified.More emphasis should be laid on scientific researches and nurturing of scientific researchers in order to develop the farmers＇ bodybuilding engineering project.
