摘　　要：简要概括了日据时期台湾登山活动的发展脉络,探讨了殖民主义文化在登山活动中的渗透行为及其方式,台湾民众对登山活动开展的认可度及其参与状况。在此基础上提出:以体育活动为主体性的活动,其实,指涉的就是一种有利于殖民统治的意识形态的建构,就是要达到身体动员和精神动员的双重效果;体育不是简单"类"现象,而是应对来自各种体育和非体育挑战的一种复杂的社会政治反应。因而,当前要研究殖民地体育,就必须把体育放在日本(西方)对台湾(第三世界国家)通过帝国主义、殖民主义以及新殖民主义实行宰制以及反宰制的关系中进行。This paper outlined the activities of mountaineering in Taiwan under the Japanese Rule to explore into the colonial culture in the mountaineering activities,the understanding and participation of mountaineering of the people of Taiwan.The significance of this study was to see that sports in the colonies involved ideological formation favoring the colonial governance,both physically and spiritually.Sports then had become complicated social and political respnses.Therefore,to study the colonial sports,to clarify the relation between Japan（the Western countries） and Taiwan（the third world country）,the control of imperialism,colonialism and neo-colonialism as well as anti-control should be considered.
