摘 要:通过单矿物浮选实验考察了直链脂肪胺、常规季铵盐和Gem in i季铵盐表面活性剂三类阳离子捕收剂对菱锌矿的浮选行为,利用动电位测定和红外光谱分析研究了十二胺浮选菱锌矿的作用机理。结果表明:三类药剂对菱锌矿的浮选性能顺序为:直链脂肪胺(Gem in i阳离子表面活性剂(常规季铵盐,在直链脂肪胺中,十二胺的浮选效果最好;菱锌矿的等电点是pH 8.0,十二胺主要靠静电作用物理吸附在菱锌矿表面。The flotation behavior and mechanism of the primary amine ( dodecylamine (DDA) , octadeeylamine (ODA) ), quaternary amine salts ( dodeeyl trimethyl ammonimn bromides (DTAB) , dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium bromide (DDBAB) ) and Gemini cationic surfactants (31503,31527,31506) for smithsonite were studied through single mineral tests, eleetrokinetie potential measurement and infrared spectral analysis. The results show that collector with 12 - carbon chain in the flotation of smithsonite is bet- ter than that with 18, and the primary amine was much more effective than the other types of amine collectors; the isoelectrie point of smithsonite was at pH 8.0 and it was mainly by static adsorption that DDA was adsorbed on the surface on smithsonite.
