摘　　要：针对日本明电舍配电柜在贵冶生产应用中存在的故障问题,通过长期观察在对明电舍设备进行了系统分析后得出直接进口新设备成本高且有很多不足之处的结论。综合考虑直接进口并不能很好的解决现场存在的问题,对设备进行技术改造已经是势在必行,经多方案优化比较后最终决定采用国产设备进行替代,改造后设备运行良好。With respect to troubles existing in application of a Japanese swith box in Qperation of Guixi Smelter, through long period observation and systematic analysis, we found high cost of direct imported new equipment and other shortcomings So, it is a must to hold technical modification and use domestic equipment in stead of importation.
