摘　　要：目的建立醋酸氟轻松冰片乳膏的冰片含量测定方法。方法采用气相色谱法,以乙醇为溶剂,以水杨酸甲酯为内标,采用DM-5石英毛细柱、FID检测器,程序升温,100℃维持10min,再以20℃/min升至280℃,维持7min。结果冰片进样量在0.05002～1.0004μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.99996),平均回收率为99.74%(n=9)。结论该方法准确、灵敏,重现性好。Objective To establish a method for the determination of borneol in Fluocinonide Acetate and Borneol Cream. Methods The content of Borneol in Fluocinonide Acetate and Borneol Cream was determined by GC. The sample was dissolved in ethanol. Methyl salicylate was used as internal standard substance for testing. The DM- 5 sillica capillary column and FID detector were used. The column tempera- ture was kept at 100 ~C for 10 min and then risen to 280 ~C at the rate of 20 ~C/min and kept for 7 min. Results Borneol had the good linearity in the range of 0. 050 02 - 1. 000 4μg （ r =0.999 96）. The average recovery rate was 99.74% （ n =9）. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible.
