腔内激光和传统手术治疗单纯下肢静脉曲张的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的评价腔内激光（endovenous laser treatment,EVLT）治疗单纯性下肢浅静脉曲张较传统手术的优势。方法分析78例单纯性下肢静脉曲张采用EVLT治疗及82例采用传统抽剥术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床资料。并对二者进行比较性研究。结果 EVLT组住院时间、切口长度、手术时间及术中出血量等方面明显少于传统手术组.术后发热、疼痛及皮下硬结的发生率也明显低于传统手术组。随访12-36月,EVLT组术后复发率也低于传统手术组。结论 EVLT与传统抽剥术相比,具有操作简单,手术并发症少,恢复快,复发率低等优点。Aim To evaluate the advantage of endovenous laser treatment（EVLT）of lower extremity varicose veins over traditional stripping operation.Methods 160 cases of lower extremity varicose were analyzed.78 cases were treated by EVLT and 82 cases by traditional stripping operation.Results Hospital stay,incisional length,operating time and blood loss during operation were reduced,and the incidence of postoperative fever,pain and scarfskin sclerosis were lowered in EVLT group compared with traditional stripping operation group.Followed up 12 to 36 months,recurrence was lower in EVLT group than that in traditional stripping operation group.Conclusion EVLT is a treatment with advantages of easy.operation,less complication,fast recovery and lower recurrence compared with traditional stripping operation.
