摘 要:将负氧离子粉体添加到PA6切片中制备功能母粒,并与纯PA6切片进行共混纺丝制成负氧离子异形纤维。利用熔点仪、熔融指数仪测试负氧离子功能母粒的熔融温度、表观黏度,并对负氧离子PA6异形纤维的纺丝工艺进行研究,对异形纤维的负氧离子浓度进行分析。结果表明:与纯PA6切片相比,功能母粒的熔融温度变化较小,但流动性能变差;在温度达到255℃以上时,功能母粒和PA6两种熔体适合进行共混纺丝;功能母粒与PA6切片共混后的熔融温度及纺丝温度比纯PA6切片的相应温度高;所制备的异形纤维的径向异形度达到40%以上;异形纤维比圆形纤维能释放更多量的负氧离子。The functional master-batch was prepared by adding oxygen anionic powder into PA6 chip, then the oxygen anionic profiled fiber was produced through blending spinning by using functional master-batch and PA6 chip. The melting temperature, apparent viscosity of the functional master-batch and PA6 chip were characterized by melting point meter, melting index analysis (MI). Research the blending spinning process of oxygen anionic PA6 profiled fiber. The oxygen anion density of profiled fiber was analyzed. The results showed that the melting temperature change was smaller compared with pure PA6 chip, but the melt flowing property of the functional master-batch became poorer. The functional master-batch melt and PA6 melt can be blended spinning when the temperature is above 255 ℃. After blending with the functional master-batch, the melting temperature and spinning temperature were correspondingly higher than pure PA6 chip. The shaped degree of radical direction of manufactured profiled fiber was above 40 %; profiled fiber could release more oxygen anion than round fiber.
