摘　　要：西石门铁矿进一步梳理了隐患排查和整改的思路,按照分级、闭环、重叠管理的理论,进行了隐患管理体系的设计和实施,使该矿隐患管理体系进一步完善,隐患排查责任更加明确。通过加大违章处罚、隐患考核力度的有效实施,该矿干部、职工安全意识有了较大提高,生产过程中违章和隐患大幅度减少,生产顺行。According to the principle of ＂classified,closed-circuit and repeated administration＂,Xishimen Iron Ore Mine has designed and operated the control system of potential danger factors.The safe operation awareness of employees is strengthened;the accident occurrence is decreased;and the mining operation runs smoothly.
