摘 要:利用气相色谱仪检测CO2浓度,测量了不同条件下NaOH溶液对CO2的瞬时捕集效率E,实验气体以流量1L/min通过200mL浓度为5mol/L的NaOH溶液,使用多孔滤板、三孔和单鼓泡器时,E分别为95%、78%和77%。用多孔滤板鼓泡器,气体流量为0.5、1.0、1.2和1.5L/min时,E分别为98%、95%、90%和86%。当NaOH溶液浓度从0.5~5mol/L以及体积从100~200mL变化时,E基本不变。但取样温度低于15℃时,E有明显变化。本文还分析了瞬时捕集效率与累积捕集效率的关系。对CO、CH4、C2H6、C3H8和C4H10的催化氧化效率也进行了研究。The instantaneous CO 2 removal efficiency ( E ) of NaOH solution at various conditions was measured by using Gas Chromatography. The air at flow rate of 1 liter/min passed through the scrubber filled with 200 mL of 5 mol/L NaOH. For the glass frits, three hole and one hole bubblers, E is 95%, 78% and 77%, respectively. E is measured by using the glass frits bubbler, at sampling flow rate of 0.5, 1.0, 1.2 and 1.5 liter/min, and E is 98%, 95%, 90% and 86% respectively. When the NaOH solution concentration ranges from 0.5 to 5 mol/L and volume from 100 to 200 mL, E is almost the same. However, E will apparently change when the temperature is less than 15 ℃. In addition, we have analyzed the relation between E and the accumulated CO 2 removal efficiency ( E′ ), and determined the catalytic efficiencies combustion of CO, CH 4, C 2H 6, C 3H 8 and C 4H 10 .
