摘  要:采用熔融共混方法制备质量分数为4%的蒙脱土尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料.X射线衍射和透射电子显微镜研究表明:蒙脱土均匀分散在尼龙6基体中,形成具有剥离结构的纳米复合材料;在室温~200℃,当相同的温度和拉伸比拉伸时,尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的结晶度均低于尼龙6,蒙脱土在此温度范围内对尼龙6均具有增强作用,这是由于蒙脱土和尼龙6分子间的相互作用限制了尼龙6分子链的运动,使尼龙6不易拉伸所致.Nylon-6/montmorillonite (MMT) nanocomposite containing 4% of MMT was prepared by melt blending. The dispersion of MMT in nylon-6 was investigated by means of X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. It was found that the MMT layers were exfoliated and uniformly dispersed in nylon-6 matrix. When nylon-6 and nylon-6/MMT nanocomposite were drawn at the same temperature and drawing ratio in a temperature range from room temperature to 200 ℃,the crystallinity of nylon-6/MMT nanocomposite was lower than that of nylon-6,while the MMT still had strengthening effect in nylon-6 matrix. The strengthening effect could be attributed to the interaction between MMT layers and nylon-6 molecules. The interaction restricted the motions of nylon-6 molecular chains,which resulted in the deformation resistance of nylon-6 during drawing.
