摘　　要：反垄断法在建立市场经济秩序的过程中起着重要作用,被称为"经济宪法"。其效用的发挥有赖于一个高效的执法机构体系。但在我国,现有执法体系混乱,新颁布的反垄断法对执法机构设置的规定含糊不清。文章分析了美国和德国反垄断执法机构设置的模式,并结合我国现状,提出了一些反垄断执法机构设置的完善建议。The anti-monopoly law plays an important role in the establishment of market economic order and is called ＂economic constitution＂.Its role depends on an efficient law enforcement system.However,in China,the present law enforcement system is orderless and how to set up law enforcement agencies in the newly issued Anti-monopoly Law is vaguely stipulated.The paper,after analysis of setting modes in the U.S.A.and in German,puts forward some suggestions on how to set up anti-monopoly law enforcement authority.
