摘　　要：在某工程增层改建的设计中,合理的确定新增上部结构的设计标准,并对其采取了设置局部少量剪力墙的结构措施,同时在基础托换中,结合工程特点,通过比选采用锚杆静压桩的加固方案,最终达到了理想的效果。In the structure design of a building with stroies increased and reconstruction,the design standards of new increased structure was defined,a few shear walls were set locally in this structure.Combining with the characteristic of this project,static bolt-pile solution was used to reinforce the foundation and it came out a very good result in the project.
