摘　　要：社会转型和高等教育大众化的发展使高校特困生数量不断攀升,其就业难问题也引起了国内学术界的关注。针对贫困生在就业中出现的就业质量不高、就业地位不平等、就业机会不多和初次就业率不高等问题,从社会、高校和特困生个体三个层面分析了影响特困生就业的主要因素,并依据影响因素提出解决困境的对策。Social transformation and mass higher education development leads to the continuous rise of the number of college students in poverty. Their difficulty in employment attracts the attention of the Chinese academia. As for their low quality, inequality, few chance and low employment rate, from the aspects of society, college and poverty-stricken students, this paper analyzes the main factors that influences their employment and puts forward the solution based on those factors.
