摘　　要：目的:对丁香花蕾部分的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用柱层析方法分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱分析确定化合物结构。结果:分离鉴定了1个没食子酸酯酚苷,命名为methyl2-O-(6’-O-galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranosylbenzoate。结论:化合物1为新化合物。AIM：To investigate the chemical constituents in the flower buds of Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb..METHODS：Compounds were isolated through repeated column chromatography.RESULTS：A phenolic glucoside gallate was isolated and identified as methyl 2-O-（6＇-O-galloyl）-β-D-glucopyranosylbenzoate（1） by HR-ESI-MS,1D and 2D-NMR spectroscopic analyses.CONCLUSION：Compound 1 is a new phenolic glucoside gallate.
