摘　　要：在领导人民军队作战和建设的伟大实践中,毛泽东一贯重视军事人才建设,提出了一系列关于军事人才建设的思想,这些体现着鲜明时代特色的军事人才思想,既是毛泽东思想的重要内容,其自身也构成了一个完整的理论体系。认真学习研究毛泽东军事人才思想,对在新的历史条件下大力加强军事人才队伍建设,推进中国特色军事变革,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。Mao Zedong paid great attention to the military talents construction during the revolution and construction practice in China.He put forward a series of thoughts on military talents construction,which showed special features of time.It’s a complete theoretical system,as well as one of the important parts of Mao Zedong’s thoughts.Study on Mao’s military talents thoughts has great theoretical and practical significance for the construction of military talents and promoting military reform of China in modern times.
