埋地热油管道启输投油时间的确定

摘　　要：采用有限单元法对埋地热油管道启输投油时管道周围的土壤温度场进行数值计算,利用计算结果确定投油时间。算例结果表明,预热20h后开始投油,符合预热要求,与工程实际相符合。该技术的应用为热油管道经济、安全投产提供了可靠的理论依据。Using finite element method,the soil temperature field around the buried hot oil pipeline during starting transportation was calculated numerically.Then the time for oil was identified precisely.The results show that 20 h after preheating for oil can be in line with the requirement.The results are in accordance with engineering.A reliable theoretical basis is provided for hot oil pipeline to operate economically and securely through applying the technology.
