高效液相色谱法同时测定小儿退热口服液中黄芩苷和连翘苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立同时测定小儿退热口服液中黄芩苷和连翘苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用Hypersil-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为:甲醇-乙腈-2mol.L-1磷酸(64:16:75),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为230nm。结果黄芩苷在浓度7.21～144.2μg.mL-1与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.3%,RSD=1.5%(n=6);连翘苷在浓度2.98～59.6μg.mL-1与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.9%,RSD=2.1%(n=6)。结论本方法专属性强、准确、快速,适用于小儿退热口服液的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin and phillyrin in Xiao’er tuire oral liquid.Methods The column was Hypersil ODS C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-2 mol·L-1 phosphoric（64：16：75）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detective wavelength was 230 nm.Results The linear range was 2.98-59.6 μg·mL-1 for baicalin,and 7.21-144.2 μg·mL-1 for phillyrin,respectively.The average recovery was 97.3% and 97.9% with RSD of 1.5% and 2.1%,respectively.Conclusion The method is rapid and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Xiao’er tuire oral liquid.
