摘  要:文章采用酸活化法从褐煤中提取腐殖酸,将腐殖酸通过加碱的方式制成一种天然高分子絮凝剂——腐殖酸钠,并将其应用于乳化液含油废水的处理。实验中分别采用物理沉降、化学混凝及化学混凝-活性炭吸附的方法对乳化液废水处理进行了研究。实验结果表明,采用吸附+混凝联合法处理乳化液废水效果明显,出水水质可以达到国家污水排放综合标准GB8978-1996一级标准。与传统法相比,该方法具有沉降时间短,环保经济,出水水质好等特点。This experiment extracted humic acid and humic acid sodium from lignite use acid activation, humic acid sodium was produced by humic acid and alkali, which is a natural polymer flocculant. It can use in Emulsification wastewater. We use three methods to research Emulsification wastewater, there are Physical natural sedimentation, Physical natural sedimentation and Chemical coagulation - activated carbon adsorption method. The results show that the method of "Adsorption - coagulation" dealing with wastewater is perfect. Its effluent discharges can be achieve the national standard GB8978 - 1996 standard level. Compared with the traditional method, Tiffs method has many advantages such as Settlement time is short, economic environmental, water quality is good.
