摘 要:以扎米叶叶片为外植体,进行愈伤组织及胚状体诱导,并探索扎米叶离体培养分化途径。愈伤组织诱导培养基为MS+NAA0.2mg/L+6-BA0.4mg/L,胚状体诱导培养基为MS+2,4-D0.5mg/L+6-BA0.5mg/L。试验结果表明,离体培养中3种分化途径,即先芽后根、先根后芽、根芽同时发生均在扎米叶的组织培养中发现。The purpose of this research was to inducted callus and embryoid from the leaves of Zamioculcas zamiifolia Rehd. and to explore pathway in vitro culture of Zamioculcas zamifolia Rehd. Using MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 0.4 mg/L as the callus induction medium,and MS+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L as the embryoid induction medium. The results showed that there were three pathway of differentiation in vitro culture:the first way was buds produced before roots;the second way was roots produced before buds;the third way was roots and buds produced in the same time.
