摘　　要：人文社会科学研究成果转化对于社会进步、经济发展,同自然科学一样有着重要的推动作用和现实意义,在构建和谐社会、促进经济快速发展的进程中,越来越发挥其潜在的功能和作用。文章以陕西高校人文社科研究成果转化为视角,探析、寻找完善成果转化的对策,以期发挥人文社科研究"文化软实力"的功能与作用,为经济发展提供咨询与参考,促进我省地方经济发展与进步。The transfer of humanities and social sciences achievements is very significant for the social progress and economic development. It is playing an important role in building up harmonious society, and quickening the development of economy. In view of the transfer of humanities and social sciences achievements in universities in Shaanxi Province, the author is seeking the ways to well transfer humanities and social sciences achievements in order to develop humanities and social sciences achievements as soft power of Chinese culture and to provide reference to economic development and promote local economic development in Shaanxi Province.
