摘  要:目的:探讨二至丸对亚急性衰老模型小鼠的抗氧化作用,为进一步研究其抗衰老作用提供依据。方法:用D-半乳糖法制备小鼠亚急性衰老模型,观察其全血、肝组织中SOD、NO的含量及二至丸对其影响。结果:实验药物组与模型组相比,小鼠全血、肝组织中的SOD活力增强,NO的含量减少,且呈剂量依赖关系。结论:二至丸发挥抗衰老作用可能与其具有升高SOD活力和降低NO的含量相关。Objective:To explore the antioxidation effects of Erzhiwan,for further research to provide the basis of its antiaging effects. Methods:Preparation the subacute aging model mice by using the Dgalactose. We observed it's indexes such as serum and liver tissue SOD,NO content and Erzhiwan influnce on it. Results:The experimental group compared with the aging model group,serum and liver tissue SOD activity increased,NO levels decrease,and show dose dependence. Conclusion:Erzhiwan to play its role in anti -aging may be associated with increase the SOD activity and reduce the levels of NO related.
