二至丸对D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠NO、SOD影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨二至丸对亚急性衰老模型小鼠的抗氧化作用,为进一步研究其抗衰老作用提供依据。方法:用D-半乳糖法制备小鼠亚急性衰老模型,观察其全血、肝组织中SOD、NO的含量及二至丸对其影响。结果:实验药物组与模型组相比,小鼠全血、肝组织中的SOD活力增强,NO的含量减少,且呈剂量依赖关系。结论:二至丸发挥抗衰老作用可能与其具有升高SOD活力和降低NO的含量相关。Objective：To explore the antioxidation effects of Erzhiwan,for further research to provide the basis of its antiaging effects. Methods：Preparation the subacute aging model mice by using the Dgalactose. We observed it＇s indexes such as serum and liver tissue SOD,NO content and Erzhiwan influnce on it. Results：The experimental group compared with the aging model group,serum and liver tissue SOD activity increased,NO levels decrease,and show dose dependence. Conclusion：Erzhiwan to play its role in anti -aging may be associated with increase the SOD activity and reduce the levels of NO related.
