“十八反”药理毒理研究现状、存在问题及研究思路

摘　　要：目的:分析"十八反"药理毒理研究现状,提出研究思路。方法:归纳"十八反"药理毒理研究特点,分析存在问题,探讨"十八反"新研究方法。结果:已有"十八反"药理毒理研究有不规范处,缺少含"十八反"中药在复方中应用情况研究;建立中药配伍数据库,规范"十八反"相关实验研究。结论:完善"十八反"相关研究,进行数据挖掘,开展复方中"十八反"应用情况研究。Objective：To proposal the research ideas by analyzing on ＂Shibafan＂ pharmaco -toxicological research data. Methods：Generalizing the characteristics of the pharmacological and toxicological research on ＂Shibafan＂ ,analyzing the problems of the related research,exploring new research methods of ＂Shibafan＂ in the future. Results：There are not standardized in the currently pharmaco-logical and toxicological research on ＂Shibafan＂ ,there are lack of application research on Chinese herbal compound with ＂Shibafan＂. It is necessary to establish databases on compatibility of traditional chinese medicine and to establish standard pharmacological and toxicological research methods on ＂Shibafan＂. Conclusion：Promote the studies on pharmacology and toxicology of ＂Shibafan＂ ,develop data mining and carry out application research on Chinese herbal compound with ＂Shibafan＂.
