摘　　要：目的:观察四金排石汤治疗泌尿系结石临床疗效。方法:用四金排石汤治疗泌尿系结石58例,其中肾结石26例(双肾结石6例,单肾结石20例),输尿管结石29例,膀胱结石3例。结果:治愈39例,好转13例,无效6例,有效率为89.7%。结论:四金排石汤治疗泌尿系结石有良效。Objective：To observe the effects of four gold decoction in treating urinary stones. Methods：Four gold decoction to treat 58 patients with urinary stones,of which 26 cases of kidney stones （ two kidney stones 6 cases,20 cases single kidney stones） ,29 cases of ureteral stones,bladder stones 3 cases. Results：39 patients were cured,improved 13 cases,6 cases in effective,the effective rate was 89. 7%. Conclusion：The four gold decoction in treating urinary stone is effective.
