慢性萎缩性胃炎中医药治疗研究进展

摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)现代治疗主要是改善、缓解症状,尚无理想治疗方法。中医开展CAG伴肠上皮化生和异型增生的治疗工作已初步显示出它的优越性和广阔的发展前景,众多的临床及病理研究报道证实,中医药可使部分肠上皮化生和异型增生减轻或消失,从而改变了胃癌癌前病变难以逆转的观点,使胃癌的药物预防成为可能。本文从病因病机、辨证论治、固定方加减、中成药、针灸等方面综述了近年来中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床研究进展。指出本病研究中存在的问题,提出应制订统一诊断、辨证、疗效评定标准;指出治疗前后注意的问题。Chronic atrophic gastritis （ CAG） is a modern treatment of major improvement,relieve symptoms,there is no satisfactory treatment. Chinese launch CAG with intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia treatment has demonstrated its superiority and broad development prospects,many reports of clinical and pathological study confirmed that Chinese medicine can make some intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia reduce or disappear,thus changing the reversal of gastric precancerous lesions is difficult to point to possible prevention of gastric cancer drugs. In this paper,for pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment,fixed Decoction,Chinese patent medicines,acupuncture and so on paper,the recent Chinese medicine treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in clinical research. It Pointed out the problems of this disease,and should be a uniform the standard diagnosis,differentiation,evaluatio; before and after the treatment＇s.
