糖尿病患者对糖尿病足危险因素认知水平调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解糖尿病患者对糖尿病足危险因素的认知程度,提高认识,重视足部护理,从而降低糖尿病足的发生率、致残率。方法应用自行设计的问卷调查表,对住院治疗的农村和城市糖尿病患者各80例进行糖尿病足相关知识,存在的危险因素,足部护理及就医情况进行调查。结果农村组80%以上患者对糖尿病足知识不了解,半数以上患者至少存在一种危险因素,86%以上的患者未实现足部护理,多数患者在出现微小症状时不能及时就医。结论农村糖尿病患者对糖尿病足危险因素认知水平明显降低于城市,需加大糖尿病宣教力度,拓宽教育范围,提高认识,主动参与足病的预防和护理。Objective To realize Diabetes Mellitus＇ cognitive level of diabetic foot risk factors, and raise awareness and pay attention to foot care for reducing the incidence of diabetic foot and the rate of disability. Methods The diabetic foot-related knowledge, the existence of diabetic foot risk factors, foot care and the situation of medical treatment of 160 diabetes mellitus were investigated through application of self-designed questionnaire. 160 diabetes mellitus included 80 rural cases and 80 cases in hos- pital. Results More than 80% of rural patients group did not understand the knowledge of the diabetic foot, more than half of them had a kind of risk factor, more than 86% of them did not achieve the foot care, and the majority of them can not achieve treatment timely. Conclusion The level of rural diabetes meliitus＇ awareness of diabetic foot risk factors was significantly lower. Diabetes education should be strengthened, the scope of education need to be broaden, and awareness and actively participate in disease prevention and care should be raised.
