摘  要:目的观察用肝素锂分离胶真空采血管分离血浆对部分临床生化检验项目测定结果的影响。方法采集同一供血者的空腹肘前正中静脉血,一针三管,分别置于无任何添加剂的干燥真空采血管、肝素钠抗凝的真空采血管和肝素锂分离胶真空采血管中,分离血清和血浆,2h内在全自动生化分析仪上测定部分临床生化检验项目,对3组测定结果进行分析比较。结果白蛋白(ALB)测定值,肝素锂分离胶管低于血清管(P=0.016<0.05);血糖(GLU)测定值,肝素锂分离胶管高于血清管(P=0.020<0.05),其余指标3组间差异均无统计学意义(P(0.05)。结论肝素锂分离胶真空采血管分离血浆可能会使ALB的测定值略偏低,而使GLU的测定值略偏高,但对TP、T-BIL、D-BIL、GGT、UA、URE-A、HDL、LDL、CHO无明显影响。Objective To investigate the impact of different kinds of methods ( the blood serum, plasma separating gel vacuum tube with heparin lithium and heparin sodium anticoagulant tubes) on clinical biochemical analysis. Methods The blood sampies from identical blood donors were collected simultaneously, by using traditional drying collective tube (control group), heparin sodium anticoagulant tubes( test group 1 ) and separating gel vacuum collective tube( test group2 ). Serum and plasma were sepa- rated to perform the biochemical tests by automatic biochemistry analyzer immediately, and a comparative study on the results was performed through statistics. Results Compared with control group, the level of ALB in test group 2 was lower and the GLU was higher( P 〈 0.05 ) ,the rest index analysis showed that no significant association was found between test group and control group (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The plasma obtained by separating gel tubes with heparin lithium made influences probably on the levels of ALB and GLU. And there was good correspondence in mostly clinical laboratory tests between separating gel tubes with heparin lithium and heparin sodium anticoagulant tubes and traditional drying collective tube.
