诺雷德联合来曲唑治疗绝经前乳腺癌的临床护理

摘　　要：目的探讨诺雷德联合来曲唑治疗乳腺癌的疗效、毒性反应及护理特点。方法总结12例经病理证实的乳腺癌患者进行诺雷德联合来曲唑治疗的护理过程。所有患者均接受腹部皮下注射3.6mg诺雷德治疗,每28d一次,同时每日口服来曲唑2.5mg。结果所有患者均可评价毒性反应及均达到药物去势的目的。结论用药前给予针对性的心理护理,用药后仔细观察毒副反应,及时给予处理和相应的护理干预,乳腺癌患者接受此药物治疗是安全有效的。Objective To investigate the efficacy and toxicity of Zoladex combined with Letrozol in patients with breast cancer and the characters of nursing caren. Methods The nursing processes of 12 eases with breast cancer eonfbrmed by pathologically confirmed pathological examinations and undergone the treatment with Zoladex and Letrozol were summarized and analyzed. Zoladex （3.6 mg） was administered by hypodermal injection every 28 days, and Letrozol（ 2.5 nag） was orally administered daily. Results All patients were eligible for toxicity analysis and achieved a therapeutic effect of medical castration. Conclusion By carrying out the appropriate psychological nursing before administration, and close monitoring and corresponding nursing interventions on toxicity reactions, Zoladex combined with Letrozol is effective and safe for breast cancer.
