风险管理在预防骨科大手术病人压疮中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨风险管理在预防骨科大手术病人压疮中的作用。方法：将2009年1~12月住院的124例骨科大手术病人作为实验组,依据风险管理理念,建立压疮管理小组,术前进行压疮风险评级,按风险级别术中、术后给予相应护理和治疗措施;将2008年1~12月住院治疗110例病人作为对照组,按常规骨科术后护理,比较两组病人压疮发生率和投诉率。结果：实验组压疮发生率和投诉率分别为4.03%和1.61%,显著低于对照组的11.82%和8.18%（均P〈0.05）。结论：风险管理机制能显著降低压疮发生率和投诉率,减少护理风险事件的发生。Objective： To investigate the effect of risk management strategy on prevention of perioperation bedsores in patients undergoing major orthopedic operation.Methods： Experiment group included 124 patients who underwent major orthopedic operation from Jan.-Dec.2009.According to the risk management strategy bedsores administrating group was set up.Before operation bedsore risk of each patient was evaluated.Depending on the level of bedsore risk the patients received different nursing methods.Control group included 110 patients who undergoing major orthopedic operation from Jan.-Dec.2008.The rate of bedsores and the rate of complaint were compared between the two groups.Results： The rate of bedsores and the rate of complaint in experiment group were 4.03% and 1.61% respectively,which were lower than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： The risk management strategy is able to reduce the rate of bedsores and the rate of complaint,and avoid the nursing risk.
