摘　　要：目的:探讨对阴道发育异常手术患者的护理方法。方法:回顾性分析6例阴道发育异常患者手术前后的护理措施。结果:6例患者手术均获得成功,临床效果以及出院后随访结果满意。结论:加强对阴道发育异常手术患者的的系统化整体护理,高度重视心理护理、预防并发症、阴道模具的正确放置训练以及健康教育指导,可以大大提高手术成功率,缩短住院时间,减少术后并发症的发生。Objective：To investigate the developmental abnormalities of the vaginal surgical patient care skills.Methods：Retrospective analysis of 6 cases of dysplasia in patients with vaginal surgery before and after nursing interventions.Results：6 patients were operated successfully,the clinical effects and post-discharge follow-up results were satisfactory.Conclusion：Vaginal dysplasia surgery to strengthen the systematic holistic nursing care of patients with a high degree of attention given to psychosocial care,prevention of complications,vaginal mold to place the proper training and health education guidance,can greatly enhance the surgical success rate,shorten the hospitalization time,less postoperative the occurrence of disease.
